Junior Club goes from strength to strength
East Leake Badminton Club is totally committed to the development of junior players. We know that the young players of today are the future stars of tomorrow. The Junior Club has a thriving and very enthusiastic membership. It includes players from as young as 8 and up to 15 years old. Some juniors are just starting out and learning the game, others are ready to move up to senior level and one or two have already been invited to try out for the county. So there really is something for everyone. This season has seen a number of senior club members organise fun sessions and the involvement of top club player and qualified Badminton England coach, Martin Edwards, has been very popular with the juniors.....especially the female contingent!
