Ladies
Congratulations to our Ladies who cemented their place in the difficult First Division having regained promotion the previous year and all this despite injuries, people moving and even a pregnancy!
Mixed
Yet again our mixed teams performed heroically with the Mixed 2 team achieving promotion for the second year in a row (they will now play in Division 2,the Mixed 3 team matching this feat also securing promotion to Division 4 as winners of Division 5a, and the Mixed 1 team managing to keep their place in a very tough Division 1 following last year's promotion.
Mens
Like the mixed teams, our men also had another sensational season. The Mens 2 team kept up the amazing momentum of last year, once more gaining promotion to Division 3. The Men's 4 team also secured promotion into Division 4. Groundhog day revisited the Mens 1 team who, having narrowly missed out on promotion to Divison 1 winning all but one of their matches last season, seemed to have repeated the same fate this year. However, a rule which prevents one Club having more than two teams in the same Division may result in promotion after all. Regrettably, the Mens 3 team could not remain in Division 4a having so valiantly gained promotion to the Division the previous year and were our only relegated team this season.
